Bodywork for Tango dancers

I`ll show you different exercises from my Pilates-, Yogalates, YinYoga, Back, FASZIO® and Fascia training, specially adapted to us tango dancers.

Preparing for dancing:

My primary goal is to improve self-perception, self-correction, posture and flexibility with selected exercises. This has a big impact on dancing.

Help while dancing/marathons:

From my own experience, during various tango marathons, I know how painful it can be during and after such events – that’s why there will be regeneration exercises – especially those of the feet, legs, shoulder and lumbar spine – that you might be able to put into practice on the rave.

– better and more powerful in the erection and to remain stable in the axle

– to improve the body perception and to make it more grounded

– to become more flexible and stay – especially in the core, but also in the legs and hips

– Prevent or reduce foot, neck, knee and shoulder problems

– Fascial exercises help you regenerate faster, especially after injury or overwork

– Stretching and relaxation exercises create connectedness with yourself and your partner

The workshop is intended primarily for the participants of the rave.
